2. Confirmation of order(s) will be made via E-mail within 24 hours.

3. Make your payment (AUD Dollars) to our ANZ bank account and email us transactions details for verification.

4. Customers can also pay directly here on our site through Paypal. However, there will be a nominal fee of 7.00% of the total payable amount.

5. Once payment has been confirmed, your item(s) will be pack and ship within 24 hours. Orders made on Saturday will only be shipped on Monday. We will email you once the shipment has been made.

3. Reservation can be made for 2 days. Item(s) not paid for within 48 hours, will be put up for sale thereafter without further notification.

4. All items will be delivered only after full payment is made. (Inclusive postage charges)

5. We provide exchange/credit notes, and only available on case-by-case basis. Your purchase must be in unused/unworn/unwashed condition with all tags attached.

6. We DO NOT entertain refunds unless the item(s) you originally purchased has sold out, a credit note will be provided.

7. Kindly take a note that we do not held responsible for lost and damage parcels during postage.
